SHIPPING
Shipping is available worldwide with tracking number except to United Kingdom, countries in EU, and all countries listed here: https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm
- The shipping cost will be based on the highest shipping fee among all the products. Any additional fees will be refunded to the customer.
- Orders are shipped out the first Friday of the month.
- Current processing time is 3-5 business days depending on the amount of orders received.
- Domestic orders are expected to arrive in 3-14 business days.

To combine your orders, please email your order numbers to [email protected]. This option is only available if your orders haven't been marked as shipped. - Lost and Returned Packages
JOANNASHENART will not be responsible for any lost or returned packages. Customers have an option to purchase a package insurance before checking out. If your package is returned, you'll have the option for us to reship it for you by purchasing a returned package shipping bundle.
*Customers are expected to handle any additional taxes and custom fees upon delivery. We will not take any special requests under any circumstances.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items will NOT be shipped out immediately since the products are currently in production. You can find the expected delivery date under each pre-order item's product description.
All orders containing pre-order items will not be shipped out until the pre-order items arrive.
